Q: How long have you been Crossfitting?
A:  I believe it will be 2 years in July

Q: What first drew you to CrossFit?
A: Jenn and I had been working out at PF and I had seen some posts on FB from a friend about HEW, it seemed interesting and the normal gym was getting boring.

Q: What goals have you set for yourself in the next year?
A:  Goals…. I don’t normally set goals at the gym because I’m afraid to disappoint myself, BUT I would like to try to do DU without a single in between… so there you go jenkins… almost 2 years and I finally set a goal!

Q: What is your favorite girl WOD and why?
A:  I haven’t done very many of them and honestly I think they are all terrible. If I had to choose one I think Angie was my favorite but I also did it scaled, had I done RX I probably wouldn’t say that!

Q: What is your most hated girl WOD and why?
A: I would probably have to say that’s a tie between Isabel and Karen. Snatches are not my friend and that is just way too many wallballs!

Q: Why did you choose CrossFit PBA?
A: I wanted to try HEW…. Jenn refused for a while because she had a bad experience but must have got tired of me talking about it so she researched gyms and found PBA instead and I’m glad she did! I have made so many friends!

Q: What has CrossFit meant to you both inside and outside of the box?
A: It has helped me to realize that I can always push myself further than I think is possible. It has also made moving my patients at work much easier haha!

Q: What would you say to push someone who is still on the fence about trying CrossFit?
A: Just to give it a shot, it doesn’t hurt to try. Crossfit has people of all different levels and you can scale any workout.

Q: Tell us something we don’t know about you that you want people to know
A: If you don’t know already I probably don’t want you to know, I think I’m pretty open!
