CrossFit Hideaway Fundamentals is 3 sessions and starts each week, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30pm. Each session is 45-60 minutes where you will be paired with other beginners and led by our fundamentals coach, Shelly V., while she introduces the fundamental movements, methodologies and nutritional information that you will need to stay safe and be successful. This is also a time where you can meet other new members and you can push each other as you go forward. Each session will also include a small workout that you will go through to get used to the intensity and also use to track your progress throughout the course.
By using lighter weights and getting you to move well, you will gain a strong technical base that will help to ensure that you are confident and can lift safely and effectively. As you become more comfortable, we will start to introduce more skilled movements and heavier weights. The results will speak for themselves!
