Q: How long have you been Crossfitting?
A: I think its a year this month
Q: What first drew you to CrossFit?
A: The intense workouts. I’m not a gym person so having a coach and other athletes yelling at me actually really helps me
Q: What goals have you set for yourself in the next year?
A: To pass the stupid physical agility test to get into the fire academy and graduating the academy
Q: What is your favorite girl WOD and why?
A: I think I’ve only done one girl WOD and it was Karen. Karen sucks A LOT
Q: What is your most hated girl WOD and why?
Q: Why did you choose CrossFit PBA?
A: Jen H. pretty much kidnapped me and told me i was going. I got my ass kicked. She is a true friend haha
Q: What has CrossFit meant to you both inside and outside of the box?
A: It’s definitely made me more confident physically at the box and in life i think I’m a little more outgoing.
Q: What would you say to push someone who is still on the fence about trying CrossFit?
A: You don’t have to be in great shape to do the wods. You can scale any workout and if you hate it (which you wont) then dont come back and at least you’ll have given it a shot.’
Q: Tell us something we don’t know about you that you want people to know
A: The first time i worked out at the box i couldn’t even back squat the 25 lb bar and I LOVE food but everyone probably knows that haha
