Olympic Lifting

Our Olympic lifting program, like Crossfit, is designed for the beginner to the advanced athlete and is dedicated to getting you better educated with the core Olympic lifts, these being the Snatch, Clean and Jerk.

Coach Jen spends time teaching technical proficiency of these movements along with incorporating, Back Squat, Overhead Squat, Front Squat, complexes and auxiliary strength movements in order to build your overall capacity.

Classes are run with a much more technical focus and will give you the tools to move more efficiently and hit heavier maxes successfully and move all weight with greater ease!

The skills necessary in just the two Olympic lifts, speed, power, mobility, and coordination are easily transferrable to what we do in Crossfit and our daily lives. For this reason, we encourage everyone to give this class a try!
