1000m ROW – 1 mile BIKE – 1000m RUN – 100 DUBS / 200 SINGLES

BANK 2:

100 DB THRUSTERS 25/35

90 KB SWINGS 35/53

80 BOX JUMPS 20/24

70 MED BALL SIT-UPS 10/14
Teams of 2: Both partners will pick a skill from BANK 1 and complete it together… once both partners complete skill from BANK 1 they will pick a skill from BANK 2 and chip away at it together. Once skill from BANK 2 is complete you will start over again picking different skills from BANK 1 then BANK 2 until all skills are completed.
