Troy Tretola

Nutrition is my passion. I believe it to be the foundational piece in all areas of our life.

I’ve explored the world of nutrition and how it affects the body for almost twenty years. My fascination lead me to earn my Bachelor’s Degree summa cum laude in Dietetics and Nutrition from Keiser University and continued my journey with the CHEK Institute of Holistic Health.

I feel it to be my duty to empower people with the knowledge of nutrition and assist them in setting up strategies to take back their health and perform at their peak. I work with a wide variety of individuals including current and post treatment cancer patients, acute care patients, substance abuse and eating disorder clients, professional fighters and athletes, high school and youth athletes, weekend warriors, and anyone interested in improving their health.

When I am not out saving the world one apple at a time, I enjoy many different types of activities to keep me going. Throughout the week you will find me boxing or kickboxing, circuit training, crossfitting, or taking an easy walk on the beach to collect my thoughts. I enjoy yoga and meditation and find it an amazing way to balance the fast paced life most of us live.

My wife Bethany and I recently celebrated our eleventh year together and we have a beautiful daughter, Taya who is almost three. My family is my driving force and purpose to continue improving myself and others on a daily basis.

In the end, I see myself as a “Nutritional Tour Guide”, helping people navigate the path on their journey towards health and wellness.
